Why we coat with polyaspartic, not epoxy
We kept seeing the same thing in Central Texas garages: epoxy and DIY kits that looked great for a year, then peeled under hot tires, yellowed in the sun or bubbled. Homeowners paid twice. So we built Heritage around a better system: a polyurea base coat graded four times stronger than traditional epoxy, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that flexes with the slab through Texas heat.
